Located just two hours north of Kota Kinabalu International Airport (BKI) by road, Kundsang at an elevation of almost 1900 metres above sea level is Malaysia’s highest town and sits in the shadow of majestic 4095 metres Mount Kinabalu and the surrounding UNESCO World Heritage Kinabalu National Park. Kundasang is pleasantly cool, hilly, scenic, relaxed and the friendly locals love to welcome visitors. The town is the perfect base to visit the many local fun attractions but most of all visit Kundasang to unwind, relax and enjoy the beautiful ‘Little Switzerland’ cool and clean-air environment far away from the hustle and bustle of the busy big city.

On the tour you will be led by an experienced, knowledgeable licenced Blue Kinabalu Travel Agency Tour Guide with transport in a dedicated licenced Bas Persiaran driven by a licenced PSV driver.
We have ensured that the itinerary is reasonably relaxed, and allows plenty of time for you to enjoy your stay at the exclusive Mountain Suites, high in the hills above Kundasang that’s located near to Mount Kinabalu Golf Club. This is a beautiful location with stunning views of Mount Kinabalu, cool fresh air and it’s quiet and peaceful and with no traffic noise. Here you will be hosted by Mountain Suites owners Ms Melissa and Ms Lena.
You’ll stay for two nights in one of the 13 new boutique-style suites, each home to new high-quality furniture and fixtures and fittings complete with air-con, and a generator is on site to provide back-up power if required. If you want to stay connected to the outside world each of the rooms contains broadband and Google TV. Breakfast (and stargazing!) is enjoyed in the stunning Mesilou Dome Restaurant & Café with breakfast rotated daily including delicious halal Dim Sum and Croissants (served from the ‘Serve No Pork’ Mountain Suites kitchen). Photo-stop at Kota Kinabalu Floating Mosque and Yayasan Sabah
Proceed to Nabalu Market / Mount Kinabalu View-Point
Proceed to Sling & Stone Mountain Suites, Kundasang and check-in
Enjoy dinner at local restaurant
Day 2 (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
After breakfast enjoy short hike on Silau-Silau trail
Local lunch in Kundasang
Visit Kinabalu National Park Poring Hot Spring including Canopy Walk (or Kipungit Waterfall in the event that Canopy Walk closed)
Visit Bombon Fish Spa
Return to Sling & Stone Mountain Suites, Kundasang
